Why PR is Worth It

Public relations, the media landscape and the digital media scene is constantly changing. It’s my job to keep up with it all and help your company get into the news – whether it’s a traditional newspaper, a TV network, a blog or an Instagram feed. That’s a lot of different channels, a lot of different approaches. I synthesize them all in one easy package. It’s complimentary to advertising for most companies and for some, it’s a great alternative. Here’s why: compared to advertising, editorial stories generally result in a much greater return on investment for most of my clients. That’s because editorial coverage is considered an objective, third-party source of information and so, those stories are read and received very differently. For a fraction of the cost of advertising, companies and organizations can get solid editorial coverage in print publications, online magazines and blogs for much better value. Don’t believe me?
